Equipment & Setup
Unless stated otherwise, our role is to organize and run the quiz—the hosting, questions, and entertainment are on us! However, the business hosting the quiz is responsible for providing the necessary equipment*, such as:
✅ A projector and a white wall (or a screen for displaying questions)
✅ A microphone for the quizmaster
✅ A sound system if needed
*If the venue does not have these available, we can bring our own equipment for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance!

1. What kind of pub quizzes do you organise?
We do teambuildings for your companies, however we also do organisations of quizzes for events such as birthdays, bachelorettes, bachelors and more.
2. How can our company book a pub quiz event?
To book a quiz for your team, simply email us. We’ll discuss the number of categories, possible customizations, and any additional requests you may have.
3. How much does a quiz event cost?
Pricing starts at €500 per event. The final price depends on the duration:
7 categories → ~500 €
10 categories → ~650 €
14 categories → ~800 €
4. Can the quiz be customized for our company?
Yes! We can adjust one category to make it more tailored to your company’s industry, history, or interests. The rest will remain neutral, covering geography, biology, folklore, history, current events, and more.
5. Where do the quizzes take place?
The quiz is hosted at your company’s office or at any location you provide.
6. How are teams formed?
Teams are typically 3-4 people each. You can either pre-assign teams or let us handle random allocation for a more dynamic experience.
7. Are there prizes for the winners?
Yes! The company usually provides the prize. However, if you’d like us to handle the prize selection and organization, just let us know your allocated budget, and we’ll take care of it.
8. Can we have food and drinks during the quiz?
That depends on your company’s setup! You can arrange for food and drinks at the venue, just like in a classic pub quiz setting.
9. Do participants need to bring anything?
Nope! We provide all quiz materials. If there’s anything specific your company wants participants to bring, you can communicate that internally.
10. What language is the quiz in?
The default language is Slovene, but we can also conduct the quiz in English if requested.
11. Can we book multiple quizzes as part of a long-term program?
Absolutely! If you’d like to schedule regular pub quiz events, we offer discounted bundle pricing. Contact us to create a plan that works for your team.
